SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any orders you place with us.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Your order confirmation will be emailed to you once your order is placed. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder. Once your order ships we will send an email with a link to track your order. If you have an account, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account. If you placed the order as a guest, you can still register using the same information, reset your password and see your order history.

If you ordered a downloadable software product, you will receive an email containing your software license information and a download link for the software. Or you can download the software here

If you only ordered software, no physical shipment will be generated for your order.

If you ordered a Projector Kit or screen, please note that they will be drop shipped from Central US, within 7 business days, and shipped separate from your other order. You will receive a second email tracking notification from Fed Ex.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Free Shipping

For most clients, we offer free shipping on orders over $100. If you are a part of one of our special programs or request expedited shipping, you may have to pay a small fee.

Expedited Shipping

For your convenience, we offer expedited shipping. We don’t use standard fees as we only want you to pay for what you need. The pricing is based on your purchase and location. Your options are:

  • UPS Ground Saver*
  • UPS Ground
  • Laser Ammo - FedEx Ground
  • Laser Ammo - FedEx

If you select an expedited shipping option, please note we are not responsible for the delivery date as that is determined by the expedited courier. We have no control once it leaves our office. However, see below for some additional links and information should you wish to get more information about your delivery time table.

UPS

*UPS Ground Saver – the carrier (UPS) picks up the package and delivers to the USPS. At this point, it gets scanned in/out of USPS and then route to you so keep in mind that it may take longer than noted on your shipping options.

FedEx

FedEx offers a ground service map to assist with your delivery timeline. Enter the origin zip code (11021) and if residential or business.

We do not offer international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If one of your items are backordered, once it becomes available you will receive shipping notification once it sends.

If your order is placed during a holiday or the end of year holiday season, we request your patience for extra delivery time.
