The Laser-Ammo module turns your actual self or home defense gun into a laser gun, basically. Normal dry fire, you don't know where your bullet will hit. Now, the laser module is not exactly going to project a red dot exactly where your live ammo point of impact will be. However, at self or home defense distances, it will be close enough as to make no difference. I use the laser module and target in the picture above at distances of up to 20 yards in my home, without any real problems with the point of impact for the laser, or bullets making a difference. I don't even adjust my sights. And that little square box on the laser sensitive target is pretty small.
